Grocery store nightmare

I’m 33 weeks pregnant and I took a store trip and let me tell you I felt like I was going to pass out just walking heart was going super fast and palpitations were happening the hole store trip ! On top of that I was super light headed and on top of that I have a head cold we’re my chest burns and throat is sore so when my heart was racing my chest and throat burned so bad it was the worst feeling ever but then when I sat down in the car and it’s like it never happened heart rate went down and chest stopped hurting and then also my lightheaded went away oh it’s the worst feeling in the world
