Early pregnancy bleeding or period ?

I've been having pregancy symptoms an yesterday I was suppose to get my period an I had brown discharge last night just a little bit an I woke up an went to use the bathroom an the blood was brownish red an just a little bit not usual like the heavy flow I get of blood, an my last period was sept 5-9th? Did anyone else get this

This could be totally normal spotting. Did you do any ab related exercises recently? My ob said they could cause the same. When I miscarried it started out like this, but continued and became bright red within a couple of days.

​1. You're probably fine! 
​2. If the worst were to happen, know that it's not your fault. Miscarriage this early is very common and generally means the baby would not have been viable and has NOTHING to do with you or your actions while pregnant.

​I miscarried in April of this year and was advised to take a couple months break. I was pregnant again in July with a healthy baby(due in March). I'm saying this because it was hard, but you can get through it.

I am going through this exact thing. except, period due today. I never get spotting and yes brown and very light. since yesterday. Hope it's IB for us!
