Is it possible I am pregnant ?

So long story short I gave birth on January 28th, 2023(so I’m 11 weeks pp as of today). To make it simple I was an idiot and gave into having sex around 4 weeks pp thinking it would calm the hostility between me and my fiancé and was further an idiot by not using protection and continuing to have unprotected sex. I stopped pp bleeding around February 14th, got my first and only period since giving birth on March 5th. I did get my first depo shot on March 10th and I know the depo shot can cause changes in your period and also it can take some time after giving birth for things to be “normal”. My OB did say that the depo shot is immediately effective so there would be no need to wait to have sec but if it made me feel better a condom wouldn’t hurt. My question is since me and my fiancé have and unprotected sex on multiple occasions and I’ve missed my period which was due around April 5th is there a chance that I’m pregnant again? And if there is a chance what pregnancy tests would be most accurate? I used dollar tree brand, first response, clear blue (pink line, plus sign, and digital), and easy@home strips when I found out at 3w5d with my daughter. But quality of tests are always changing… I apologize in advance if I sound uneducated or just outright irresponsible. I admit I should’ve been more responsible…
