My cramps stopped exactly at the 6 week mark so I’m sooo worried that it stopped growing. At 6+3 I measured 5 weeks exactly. I have zero nausea or any symptom. My sac was also a bit triangular. I know for a fact I got a positive opk on the 12th of March no way I ovulated a week and a half later.
What could be happening?? ðŸ˜
