Feeling dizzy/faint

I had a section back early February during it I was stabbed 7 times during the procedure. Ever since then I’ve been feeling dizzy and faint. After my first period around 5/6 weeks pp it’s gotten to the point where it’s an everyday thing. Went to the doctors for blood test for iron and everything was fine and normal?? I do have a b12 shots every 3 months but had one before the baby arrived I’m due one in may, could it be that??? I wanna speak to a doctor but don’t want to look crazy. I’m fine laying down but whenever I’m sat or stood up I feel it
