Blood clots ??!! TMI picture

Question

I just had a large blood clot come out!! The size of a golf ball a week into postpartum. Is this normal I haven’t been passing many blood clots so I’m wondering if maybe that’s why? I was told blood clots the size of an egg or bigger are concerning which I would say the size was that almost of an egg! Should I be concerned?

I passed two blood clots bigger than this, I went to my ob and he said it looked fine as long as I wasn’t bleeding through pads within a hour. If your bleeding more than a heavy period go get checked

I say you rest and take it easy more movement cause heavier bleeding

This is usually a sign youre overdoing things postpartum. Get off your feet more and rest if you're not. Any heavy bleeding with it?

I’d call obgyn just to be sure.  It’s not a tucks pad mixed with blood is it?
