birth control help - need advice :)

so i’ve been on birth control for about a year now and my situation is kinda difficult with my boyfriend. i only see him every 3 months because we’re long distance and i just kinda hate how i feel on it. we’ve talked about it and agreed that i should stop birth control until i officially move in and he’d get a vesectomy. (yay!!) im on my placebo pills currently, last time we had sex was beginning of april and i’m concerned that if it would be safe for me to stop now and there’s no pregnancy risk? i know it seems like a silly question but i just need reassurance from fellow women :)
