Post partum mama ! Birth control

Hiii i need advice!

I’m 3 months post partum and confused on what I should do for birth control. Little back story- I did NOT conceive naturally. I got pregnant through an IUI I was TTC for over a year without success so I decided to do an IUI with meds and trigger shot and I got pregnant on the first try thank gd! Since I wasn’t able to get pregnant naturally, I figured I don’t need birth control. I am also breast feeding. So I have no gotten a period yet. I’m confused on what I should do bc I’ve heard a lot of stories of women who couldn’t get pregnant naturally for baby #1 and then got pregnant naturally and fast with #2, 3 etc. I would love to have another baby soon but I also want to give my baby my all. It wouldn’t be fair to get pregnant, but if it happens I do believe it a blessing. If I could avoid it though for 10 months - it is my preference. Pleaseeeee give me advice… I’m sooooo confused. I definitely am against any form of hormonal birth control for myself I have thyroid issues and hormones are not for me - no hate just not for me personally.
