Do I have to do more challenging workouts if the ones I already do are “too easy”?
I am close to losing 10 pounds by eating better and doing at home workout videos. The work out videos I followed were hard at first and would make me break a sweat but now they barely do that. I guess I’m getting used to do them? Anyways I checked my weight this morning and realized my weight went up even though I’ve been exercising the same and eating the same healthy meals. Why is that? Do I need more challenging workouts now? I was 180 when I started, now 173. Checked this morning I was 174.2. Any tips please. I atleast want to be in the 60’s by June.
