Vaginal rash HELP!long read

Hey ladies, i need help. About 4 days ago I noticed i developed some kind of rash near my vaginal opening and towards my butthole. I do have a histriy if genital herpes but this is NOTHING like an outbreak, and is like an actual rash. Me and my husband havent had sex for like the last month bc are schedules havent been permitting, so i know its not that! I been putting vagisal and using wipes but doesnt seem to go away. Im honestly scared to get it checked out, what could this be?
