“The talk”

My son is 10. He hasn’t really shown an interest in girls just yet. He says he has a crush on a girl in his class but he doesn’t really talk about it much. We had our daughter back in December of 2021 and he just recently started asking where babies come from and how they are made. I’m wondering if/when you had “the talk” with your kids. I really wanted his dad to do it but he doesn’t really seem interested in talking to him about it just yet. I just feel it would be more comfortable coming from his dad than me.

I’ll take any opinions at this point.
