Anyone else’s toddler randomly stop eating cooked food out of nowhere? All he wants is snacks. 🤦‍♀️

Anyone else’s 2 year old randomly stop eating cooked food? My son turned 2 in March and has usually always been a good eater. He always ate breakfast, lunch, and dinner, almost every day. But now all of a sudden the past couple weeks he wants nothing to do with food unless it’s a snack or junk food just anything out of a bag. It’s really bothering me because I know he’s not eating the way he should be and I feel like he’s not getting the proper nutrition but I can’t just force him to eat.🤦‍♀️ It’s discouraging me from even cooking anymore because I’m pregnant and hardly have an appetite, so the only reason I cook is just to feed him but it all goes in the trash every time. Breakfast used to be his absolute favorite and he would eat the most in the mornings but even breakfast is a no go for him. It doesn’t matter what I cook, even if it used to be his favorite meal he either smacks the plate into the floor, gives his food to the cat, smashes his food up, or chews on it then spits it out and will fake gag. What can I do to make him eat more? I’m sure this phase will pass but it’s frustrating me because I go all day with mom guilt feeling like he’s going hungry and feeling like a bad mom because all he wants is junk food. He’s been going to his grandparents more often lately and any time he’s with them they give him all kinds of snacks candy junk anything he wants so idk if that’s causing this or what but I would really like him to start eating healthier cooked foods again.
