Sweaty pits!!!!

Question

After having my kids, my armpits sweat sooo bad! Doesn’t matter if it’s freezing out they are sweating… any advice on what to do or what deodorant is best I’d greatly appreciate it :)

Well a few suggestions 
1. Find a deodorant that works for you . I use 3 different ones depending . I use 3 different types ; spray deodorant, cream and roll on . I am a really sweaty person so this is the only thing that works for me . I personally use Mitchum. 
2. It’s about what you eat/ drink. If you’re eating unhealthy food it will affect your sweat too. Plus drinking more water is super helpful and has helped my sweat smell better. 
3. Shave ; I know it’s annoying but hair traps bacteria, bacteria is actually what’s causes most of the stink from sweat , so shaving helps reduce the amount of bacteria there. 
4. Exfoliate; does the same , but also gets rid of dead skin crcells.

Try scrubbing limes on your armpits for about a week and see if that neutralizes and helps. I worked for me when I had a personal trainer 😝 the worst. Let me know if It works for you! Good luck

Take 50,000 mg of Vitamin D, your doctor can prescribe it. I had night sweats aft my daughter and the only thing that helps is vitamin D.

My OB told me my sweating was due to changes in estrogen because I breastfeed ❤️

You should try this! I switched over to using this and it helped me a lot with less sweating and no smelly armpits! I don’t use it everyday tho and don’t use it right after shaving bc it will burn haha. I think it works great (well for me)
