Babies sleeping under fans?

If it doesn’t seem to effect your baby, is it ok to let them sleep with fan on?  
All babies are different Ik but I get double sided views on this topic! Some ppl say it’ll get your baby sick then some say it’s fine bc babies can be “hot natured”?

I let my baby have a fan on. Not blowing directly on him but there’s a fan. It helps circulate air, helps prevent SIDS. Plus it’s white noise as well.
