I need some advice

Okay so I am 18 and i have been with the same guy for 5 years well I still live with my parents and he came and picked me up last night at 9pm ( I know it’s a little late to leave the house ) and my dad was upset I was leaving so late saying that “ this is why your so tired caus you leave at 9 and stay out all night then go to work at 7 in the morning “ I kinda just ignored him and left I mean I’ve been doing the same thing every weekend for 3 years . Well I came home at about 11:30 and he was still awake and he was like “ don’t beg him to come see you “ like I have to beg my boyfriend to come see me or something ( mostly it is my boyfriends idea to hangout ) well then I started crying cause it kinda hurt my feelings . Well then he told me “ well don’t let him be the reason you fail one of your nursing classes and have to retake it or takeout a loan “ and I was like “ dad I literally stayed home Friday night while all of my friends were out doing school work “ …… idk my dad has always liked my boyfriend , but now it seems like he doesn’t and I can’t understand why . My bf hasn’t done anything wrong to him or anything he’s always been respectful and joked around . I don’t know am I overthinking this way to much?
