Stretchy Brown Discharge

So my period was 10 days late. Negative blood test so I’m not pregnant. I started having some brown discharge but no other period symptoms and usually I’m in a ball because of cramps. Anyway, it started out as light spotting then it got to a very very light flow, then it went back to spotting, then brown but stretchy and then light brown wet/pasty and now it’s clear and egg white? I was recently diagnosed early with hypothyroidism so could that be it? Maybe I didn’t ovulate or idk. If you could help or give some insight that would be great. My doc ran the blood pregnancy test and then my thyroid and basically said “not pregnant so just wait for your period to come idk”. My “period” was 8-9 days with basically just spotting because there was only one day that it was in my underwear and not only when I wiped. Just no cramps or swollen breasts or any other physical symptoms. Now I’m off my “period” and literally went immediately to clear and egg white like.
