Natural conceiving

Hubby and I don’t want to go to the fertility clinic but the OBGYN said since my husband has slow sperm there is no other option, I feel like no one gives you hope and guidance to just enjoy sex that’s all I want rather than thinking all the time about making a baby! The relationship with your husband definitely changes after TTC and if you put more pressure on it I don’t want it to burst. Any thoughts on how to help slow sperm naturally?
