How do I ask him to pay me back my money?

Guy I was dating for 4 months owes me money. 
The first time I lend him 50 bucks he paid me back the following day. 
I lend him 100 cash. And I also got him some stuff I get discounted from my job. That’s a total of 200 bucks 
We got into an argument Sunday. Haven’t talked since but how do I ask 
I don’t want him thinking I’m finding an excuse to talk to him or being petty 
I honestly think he won’t talk to me any more

“hey, can i get that money i lent you back?” and just a suggest. do not lend money to anyone especially men ur talking to or dating. they test out w a little amount first to see if you’ll give and then they see that they can take advantage of the fact you’ll give them money.
