C section?

I just found out I have a bacterial infection and they put me on antibiotics, i have 6 days left of them and I'm due in 9, if she comes before I'm done will I still be able to deliver naturally? I also can't breastfeed taking this medicine so hopefully she holds out 😞 even though I've been soooo ready for her to come
