Plan B and Birth Control

I had unprotected sex with longtime bf yesterday and he came inside me on accident. I have been on birth control but I haven’t been completely exact with it. I would estimate within the same hour or so window. I took a plan b right after we had sex within an hour.

But I’m nervous about ovulating on bc… some say you do ovulate and some say you don’t. My period was the 20-25th and this happened on the 3rd. So I think it would have been the day before ovulation right? So do you ovulate on birth control? Was it within the ovulation window? Do you think the planb+bc will work even though?
