Trying after IUD removal

I had my IUD removed on March 4th. Had sex on March 6th and started spotting on March 8th, just 4 days after removal. I’m still spotting going on day three, but not a full blown period. Anyone experienced a similar timeline? Per the App my ovulation will be the 18th - 24th . My doctor said to count 10 days after my first day of my period and then have sex every other day until day 14. This is my second child but first ever planned pregnancy. Ughhh this is difficult.
