First time doing anal

I had my first experience with anal today and it literally hurt so bad to the point where I was crying during sex but I wanted to feel this thing that everyone says is so amazing about anal. Now I’m scared af to have to poop bc my butthole is still bleeding and it hurts a lot still..

Any recommendations to ease the pooping process I’m so scared about how bad it’s gonna hurt..

Edit: thanks guys for all the insightful words, I have a really tight butthole but I was so excited to try it and was determined to do it, my partner is really into anal which is fine bc it’s something I always wanted to try and he was being really gentle and we actually used alot of lube designed to relax the butthole muscles but still hurt a ton! Maybe anal just isn’t for me but I can finally say I’ve done it lol
