HELP Testing for amniotic fluid with litmus paper! 39+6

I woke up and my pantyliner was kind of wet. I found some litmus paper (not expired) yesterday when going through some stuff so I decided to test it cause I was curious 🧐 what do y’all think? It looks like an 8 or 9 to me, but only in some spots which could make sense if it was a slow leak/mixed with other fluids. Just thought I’d get some more opinions, for science. Has anyone else tried this? What were the results? And what do you think this is? Should I call my OB??
