I think lots of people will just always vote for the shortest possible middle, regardless of flow.
But when saying these three out loud to myself, I think Georgina and Georgette both have much better flow with Elise than Georgia.
Personally I like Georgette the best. It sounds cute and sassy. And it gives her the possibility of Etta which I love too.
