Colostrum pain??

I’m 30w6d and my colostrum is coming in. This is my third baby and I’m an overproducer but this is the first time I’ve been in pain from just the colostrum coming in. Normally it’s when the milk comes in that I’m in pain. 
Any tips on what can relieve the pain?
I’ve never had colostrum cause pain.

I began to produce colostrum at week 16 and had small and uncomfortable pains but it was due to the fact that I did not know how to remove it and leave my breast empty. I went to the doctor and he only told me to massage my breasts gently with cream and to remove them. the colostrum and it has worked well for me, I don't have any pain now that I'm already at 32w 4d 😊
