Best prenatal vitamin?

What is your favorite prenatal vitamins?

​ I've been taking NatureMade Prenatal for about a year but it makes me extremely nauseous and over the last few months has started to make my teeth brown. 
​ 
​I'm looking to try out another one with a recommendation, I just picked my current one off the shelf at Walgreens. 
​Would love to hear your thoughts on this girls!

Folic acid is good my soctor told me I should start taking it while trying to concieve and if I become pregnant to take it for the first 2-3 months so the first trimester xx

I am a health counselor and HIGHLY recommend a whole-food based prenatal during pregnancy. I take Garden of Life Vitamin Code Prenatal, but New Chapter and Rainbow Light are good ones, too. There are many whole-food based multis out there (try Vitamin Shoppe, Whole Goods, GNC, etc). They are all natural (*not* synthetic, like most drugstore brands)) and often have a little Ginger root to ease nausea, as well as raspberry leaf to support the uterus. They usually have all the bioactive forms of the vitamins an minerals ypu need during pregnancy. Just my 2cents:) Happy 9 monts!

I used to get really nauseated with those too! I switched to the gummy vitamins and added a biotin supplement (gummies don't have biotin typically). I don't feel sick anymore and they're like a little treat every morning!
