Considering second child

So I have a tubal ligation scheduled for May 26th. I can’t even believe this but I am now considering a second child. My first just turned 1. I literally wrote a 4 page essay on why I should be allowed to get a tubal ligation because everyone would deny me since I’m only 21 going on 22. I’m a college student for 4 more years and I also work full time. I do have a wonderful supportive partner to add to the mix. My parents are in love with the idea of course and they’ve helped so much with my first they’re her babysitter every day and are just amazing. I’m really torn and stressed over the idea. My ovaries are screaming for another baby but my brain can’t stop thinking about how expensive everything is now and how scared I am that my baby girl will feel forgotten when I’m reality she’s my world. My partner is okay with me making either decision. I need opinions please !!!
