Question about weird mole
Shortly after I became pregnant, I was looking at my pubic area. I decided to shave everything. Usually I leave a strip of hair. Well, I noticed a small mole that was hidden in the hair, and freaked out and kinda plucked it off. That was dumb of me, I know. It healed, but a few weeks after it healed, it came back, bigger. This was about July of 2022. I told my obgyn about it and she said they would wait until after I had my baby, then they would biopsy it. She said it doesn’t look like a wart, and that it may be just a skin tag. But they said they would biopsy it.
Well, after I had my baby in December, January I had my 6week check up and asked again about it. It was a different doctor. She said to wait and that it isn’t dark so it is probably just a skin tag. But I don’t have skin tags anywhere else, and the skin tags my parents have, do not look at all like that. and it is sometimes not pale, and sometimes it is pale. I’ve heard of amelanotic melanoma. Cancer runs in my family. 4 close family members have had it. I also have had issues with my white blood cells. I was supposed to go back to the hematologist about 6 months before I got pregnant, to get a bone marrow biopsy but got scared because he said it would hurt. My wbc were somewhat normal while I was pregnant tho? Should I call and get this checked again? And should I call the hematologist or the gynecologist again since it’s on my pubic area? It’s not an STD, I’ve only been with 2 people, and me and my husband has been tested. It also itches. This is what it looks like:
