Worried

Was holding a pretty chunky baby not an infant but can’t bounce while being held. He bounced up when I was looking at him and his head bumped me in the neck side of my left side and it started me and hurt for a few moments. Just worried that it can hurt or cause a stroke or something g. My dad had a stroke being hit in the neck or turning it fast not sure. But just scared it doesn’t hurt now but should I be worried. He is a strong decent heavy baby. Again can bounce in a bouncer just scared me. Have anxiety and do see someone just scared
