Baby tries playing with pubic hair when eating

My baby is almost 2 years old and for the past year when he eats he likes to put his feet in my pants and sleep like that but recently it’s turned into him trying to play with my pubic hair bc it’s at hand level when he eats and I KNOW that it’s not anything inappropriate but as someone who has been SA it freaks me out and makes me super uncomfortable and I don’t know how to make him stop. It almost seems like a comfort thing for him and will scream and cry if I move his hand. Again I know it’s not inappropriate but some of my SA happened as a child so it just makes me feel gross when he does it even though logically I know better. I know this probably is such a weird question but I don’t know how to get him to stop and I feel weird asking bc people can turn things into what they’re not
