What are your symptoms of endo?

I’m thinking I possibly have endometriosis based on my symptoms and I’m wondering anyone who has been diagnosed what are you symptoms? After a d&c 7 months ago I’m having chronic pelvic pain. It feels like a dull deep aching, burning feeling and I get little shocks sometimes into my legs. (It starts somewhere near my hip bones) I have this every day now and it gets even worse on my period. I also tend to have cramps after sex. I don’t get any sharp pains when having a BM or heavy bleeding on my period.
