Just my opinion: but I really dislike that glow encourages users to share a wishlist with strangers on the app so other users send items. I understand we all have different needs and might have less income then others but I believe it’s a little inappropriate. I see it used all the time (like your post). But from my own experience, I wouldn’t feel comfortable buying something for someone else - that I do not know. 
I like the suggestion to use Facebook Market place. And I also looking for clearance sales at various outlet stores. Actually just got washable diaper wraps for $5 a piece doing this. I wish you luck in your pregnancy.
