Idk why but when I’m tired of sitting down on my butt, I get on all fours on my bed & cave my back in a little (I hope I described that right lol 😭) & LET👏🏾 ME👏🏾 TELL👏🏾 YOU I get so much relief & im guessing it’s relief from carrying this heavy stomach all day but I could literally sleep like that 😭😭
