Being sneaky to get a baby!!

I know someone who is dating this other guy just so that she can trick him into having a baby. She said she has always wanted to have a baby but could not find someone to help give it to her. (If you know what i mean)

She is planning on getting on top of him so that even when he ejaculates, he won't be able to pull out.

The thing is this guy said he does not want to be a father yet because he is not ready and is also not financially stable.

Her response is: "i will raise the baby with or without you."

Is this right?

What advice can i give her?
