Anyone experience these things before labor???

Did anyone feel real feverish before they lost their mucous plug , contractions started, or anything else started happening right before or even a week before labor? I had real bad diarrhea last night, was throwing up, and felt super feverish. Couldn’t eat food at all. I feel way better today and have kept food down for the most part but still have diarrhea just not as bad or as many bathroom trips. I haven’t thrown up today… yet. Still was feverish too even with two fans running and the window open. Thermometer said 98.2 but I was literally sweating until I took a shower and now have wet hair. I’m 50 percent effaced almost 1cm dilated and 37 weeks 2 days
