Should I be worried

I had sex on the Friday and Saturday of my first week of my pack (been on it for 11 months) that Saturday I left my pills in the car for an hour it was around 75 that day and they were in a pouch. I then walked around for an hour or two after that and took my pills with me. I took the Saturday Sunday and Monday pill but then got worried the heat damaged them. So I started a different pack on the second week Tuesday so I was still in sync. The wens on the second week I had clear discharge that was semi stretchy but not like thick or a lot of it. Could that have been ovulation or just normal discharge after an orgasm? I’m supposed to get my period tom and nervous my pills were damaged in the heat and I could be pregnant?
