Somebody info me on anal!!

Y’all I need the pros and cons, in’s and outs, the sugar the spice and everything nice on anal. Cause I tried anal the other night maybe like 3 4 days ago and I’m just now taking my first bowel movement since and it’s not a reall one just 3 tiny little turd balls 😭😭 is that normal after anal??
