Interesting forehead burning

Hello everyone. I am 14+4 weeks pregnant and I have an interesting complaint. My forehead literally burns/ aches when sun comes directly to there or while I am having shower and the hot water touches my forehead. I cannot say that it is unbearable but it really discomforts me. Is there any one ever felt the same? Even though I am a pediatrician I can not even find the right words to describe my discomfort don’t know what this is and what to do.
