Preeclampsia without high BP?

Question

Has anyone ever developed preeclampsia without getting high BP? I had signs of Pre E with my first baby (currently 36 weeks pregnant with 3rd) and was induced at 37 weeks with her mainly for high BP. This time, I’ve had multiple episodes of strobe light vision but my BP has remained good. I’m starting to get concerned with these episodes happening so often. I’m not sure if I should expect induction soon or what 🫤

I’ve had symptoms of pre eclampsia but they all have been off and on and never diagnosed. They just keep monitoring

I’m actually the opposite I have been diagnosed with gestational hypertension and I had 187ml of protein in my urine for the 24 hour test at 32 weeks but the doctor claims I don’t have preeclampsia I’m 35 weeks on Friday and literally can’t even get up to walk without my bp going over 160/100 and as of today I’ve been hurting in my chest
