Frustrated

I had a miscarriage at 14weeks a couple months ago. Yesterday I went in with pain in my sides and back and had to go get blood draw for hcg levels, I cried to my nurse be I was scared and I’ve been cramping all day in the middle of my stomach. My nurse told me that my doctor offers vaginal progesterone. Today a nurse called me and told me that I was around 4-5 weeks and when I asked about the progesterone this nurse told me her and the doctor she nurses for said no and that if I didn’t agree I could call my doctor when she’s off her vacation😭 I’m just frustrated.
