should i take morning after pill??

hey ladies. i know what i did was stupid and i should know better. but at this point it’s too late and now i’m asking for advice. I am on accutane currently - which you cannot get pregnant on bc it’s terrible for the baby. my body doesn’t do well with bc pills and etc so i had to swear to two other forms of contraceptive- condom and spermicide. i had sex twice this month( see photo). The 19th i used condom which didn’t fail and spermicide gel- so i’m not worried abt that day. However yesterday, the 24th my bf and i got caught up in the heat of the moment. we had sex with no protection (he did pull out a hood bit before finishing though). i’m just worried abt falling pregnant and

unsure whether i said go through the hassle of taking a plan b or not. i’m 4 days from my expected period which is usually on time, so i shouldn’t be ovulating. I’m just so upset at myself and worried. any advice helps, thank you.
