Is this ridiculous or am I just hormonal?

Ill be 38 weeks on Sunday with our fourth, my mother messaged me tonight that she wants my husband to come over (an hour drive away) this weekend to help her with something. It's something that she 100% could do on her own but just doesn't want to. I told her no because we don't feel comfortable with him being that far away with me being this far along in the pregnancy. A few weeks ago I had told her we don't plan on going anywhere more than 15 minutes from the birth center, since I've had a history of fast labors (1st was only 4hrs, 2nd was 2.5hrs and my 3rd was just about an hour) Is this a ridiculous request or am I just being hormonal and paranoid???
