Sac at 4 weeks and no sac at 5 weeks .

I had an us at 4 weeks and there was a sac seen. At 5 weeks , there was no sac . But hcg increased. I have a blood test in 2 days. Doctor said to give injection if the hcg dropped. Anyone faced the same? What is your final outcome?
