10th day missed AF. Elevated body temp!

Today marks my 10th day missed period. If it doesn't come anytime today, I literally did not have any AF for the month of December which is unusual for me as I'm fairly regular. I tested twice the last several days ago and both were BFN. I don't want to test again as I don't feel any early preg symptoms, however I do feel a slight elevated body temp the last couple of days. Not sure if it has to do with fertilization or I'm just not feeling well.
