When was your toddler fully potty trained?

Just curious what the true average is, really! My sister is having a hard time with her daughter (3yrs) and I think it’s partially because her view is skewed. My son was in undies daily by 18 months but I really don’t think that’s typical and my sister doesn’t have much to be concerned about.

1st daughter was almost 3, 2nd daughter was 2, my 3rd, my son, was 2.5. It is such an individual thing, and there is a huge range of normal. When they are ready they are ready, and when they aren’t…they just aren’t.

My son turned 4 last month and finally starting to pee on the toilet, but not consistently. The only thing that works is letting him run around bare butt, which obviously he can’t do outside our house. We’re hoping that will change soon.

My 1st was 2 my second isn’t even slightly interested in the toilet and she’s 2😂😂

My 4 kids ranged from 23-35 months so definitely right in that 2-3 years old range.

Daughter was 3 1/2. We introduced her to the potty when she showed signs but never pushed her. We just let her do her thing. She regressed when her brother was born. Wanted to wear diapers and all. And then a week later she just started going to the bathroom on her own like she had been doing it her entire life. No accidents. No nighttime accidents. Something just clicked for her. Plan to do the same with my 1 1/2 yr old and this new baby.

My daughter was 4 when she stopped using pull ups to bed and my son was 2. I used the 3 day potty training method
