Breastfeeding help!

I have breastfed exclusively for both my children for longer than a year. I recently had my baby on Thursday and she is just not latching, it has turned into her screaming every time I try to latch her, where now she doesn’t have a good latch. My breasts hurt so bad it feels like I’m going through engorgement. I’ve been pumping non stop and haven’t had any milk come in it’s still yellow in color. My question, has anyone been through this? It’s the most upsetting thing that’s ever happened and I don’t know what to do. My doctor told me I should start formula and that is something I just don’t want to do. Help!
