2 weeks postpartum and sick update

My only symptoms are a headache, fever (101.9), and chills. I don’t think it’s mastitis but my breasts are a little tender but not hard, hot, or red. No abdominal pain. I wasn’t too concerned at first but my mom scared me lol and I don’t want to rush to my doctor if it’s just a 24hr bug. Symptoms stated this morning. Does this sound concerning to you or does it sound like something that will pass? If I’m still running a high fever in the morning I’ll definitely call but just wanted peoples opinion before then.

Update: I called my ob/gyn and they said it doesn’t sound gyn related so they just said to go to urgent care or see my primary so I will go there tomorrow if it continues

Update 2: it got a lot worse over night, with uncontrollable chills and headache. I went to the on urgent care and they said it’s mastitis and mild endometritis. They called me in some antibiotics
