I woke up bleedin- my heart hurts 😔

Yesterday I had some slight spitting when I wiped and had no cramps or any of that…. everyone always said “this is common,” but I knew for me it was the start of something worse.

I’m now have cramping and more bleeding. Not as heavy as a full miscarriage (I had one before) but definitely not the “common” spotting”

My heart is broken. Does anyone have any miracle stories that this may not be a miscarriage? Because I need to here those right now please !!
