i started taking these tonight. any honest reviews? if they do help, any specific brands that are better than others? having pcos and needing to take so many supplements gets overwhelming.

I've been taking it for a few months. I noticed a little less ovarian pain, and I mean just a tiny bit, but it didn't help with insulin resistance. I asked to be put on Metformin for insulin resistance and that's helping.
