*Read first* Should I ghost him?

I was hooking up with and in a “situationship” with someone I work with. We met and started before we worked together. Looking back, it was such a horrible to even start. He ended up leading me on and building things up with me only to tell me that he’s into this other coworker who’s only 18/19 (he’s 26 and I’m 22) so he cut things off. He ended up coming back (ofc 🙄). She has a boyfriend but I know they have at least flirted back and forth (I’ve caught it even recently) and I know they have each other’s contact info. When he came back, he said it was over. But then I caught some of the flirting but he didn’t know I knew. Mind you, while doing this, he’s also been getting jealous of other guys I am friends with. So I was mad and I tried to cut it off but he always ropes me back in. Then for a few days, he’s been mentioning that they text but says it’s work related. But then he got really distant with me all of a sudden like right after. So clearly something is up. He wants to hookup tomorrow night but I know i need to be done with this and with him. I just don’t know if I should say something or take whatever dignity I have left and just cut it out. Part of me already wants to at least hookup one more time but I know that’s a terrible idea 🫠
